Centriq: This lifestyle app helps you get the most out of your home and things in it. After downloading the app, take pictures of the product labels for your major appliances (i.e., refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, dryer, HVAC, etc.). Then, upload the pictures and Centriq will provide you with the manual, link to parts & accessories, keep you posted on recalls, etc. The app also provides videos for do-it-yourself repairs and maintenance, as well as local contractor recommendations.

Control heating and A/C, lighting, alarm system, and surround sound system directly from your smart phone via your home WiFi!: Need to remember the measurements of a room? This app works with your camera. Snap a photo of the room, then note the measurements on the photo, so you can see the layout of the space, and know how much space is left for an appliance or furniture placement. Perfect for home buyers!
